ADDED All new ‘Engagement Progress’ report options. Lets you set a year and date range for two periods of time, then shows the change in behaviour and absence data for each student. This can be shown as a list report, or as a graph of positive and negative progress for each student. It works for the current found set so you can monitor the progress of specific groups, or you can load a whole cohort and then filter to show only students with changes between the periods
UPDATED Yearly Timeline now shows absences as yellow instead of orange if the absence was a suspension, giving better visibility of the yearly timeline

It includes all relevant data, up to 3 selectable tags, selectable checkboxes to filter the list, notes boxes to raise notes and contacts in OneSchool and clickable buttons that open up more details for Subject, VET and Other QCE contributions. We think you can do all required data entry from this list (and popup windows) so please do let us know what you think

After the Student Details and Student Summary imports run locally on your PC, any other import files in the frequent list will be passed to the server to complete so you can disconnect your PC very quickly after the import queue begins processing. This feature is off by default but can be enabled on the settings page
ADDED All new ‘OneSchool QR Code’ Datawall options for 5, 9, 12 and 15 students per page datawall types. This will draw a QR for each student that will link directly to their page in OneSchool. Be aware that the first time it runs for a cohort it may take a few minutes to create all the QR codes for each student
ADDED All new ‘remote notes’ feature. Designed for an offline copy of TrackEd that is usually hosted on your server. Allows you to create a Microsoft forms survey to collect internal notes while away from School. Paste in the form URL to settings, then from the ‘add internal note’ buttons in TrackEd in an offline copy, click to add a remote note. TrackEd will copy the note to the clipboard and open the survey to paste in the note. Back at school the ‘remote notes’ import will then insert any new notes entered remotely

It will default to 1 Jan, but can be set to 1 Feb, 1 Mar and 1 Apr and you can find the setting at the top right of the settings page

ADDED Sharepoint Bundling is now added to ProgressTracker reports allowing you to save Class level ProgessTracker reports for every teacher. In Primary you can select a range of subjects and it will make a class ProgressTracker report for each subject, all saved into a RollClass folder that can sync to Sharepoint. ClassMat sharepoint bundling will be added soon, allowing you to save Profiles, Lists, Datawalls, ProgressTrackers and ClassMats for every class in folders for every Staffid in secondary or RollClass in Primary. Why choose what you give staff when you can give them everything and let them choose 🙂

ADDED All new ‘Staff Sharepoint Integration’ to save Profiles, Lists and Datawalls directly to separate sharepoint folders for each staff member. Simply map a local path to a sharepoint location, copy that path into TrackEd, then use the PDF Bundling by staff sharepoint option to save data directly to staff folders. The feature can even be used without mapping a sharepoint folder and will save data into staff folders into any local folder on your PC. In the next few weeks we will add ProgressTrackers and ClassMats to the same PDF bundling system, and include detailed setup instructions on our new help center
ADDED All new 12 per page datawall formatted to fit an Avery sticker format. This lets you print datawalls directly to peel-off sticker sheets for use on physical datawall magnets, staff planning documentation (eg focus students on a Classmat) or to allow students to stick into their diaries
ADDED All new ‘Traffic Light Corners’ feature for all Datawalls, ProgressTracker and Smartwalls. This allows you to set green, yellow and red cutoffs for attendance, achievement, effort and behaviour, and 4 traffic lights will appear in the corners of photos, automatically updated for each student. It includes the latest behaviour point average and effort point average, wellbeing and attendance, as well as multiple attendance and behaviour fields over a selected week range. 3 level colour codes can be applied using the minimum standard and excellence standard on the engagement list view. Used in conjunction with the find panel to select a group of students, this may be useful for regular snapshots over 3-5 week periods to monitor student engagement
ADDED Added a ’speed selector’ to the Class Builder page. You can now toggle between 3 options of detailed, medium and fast, each showing progressively less data on the page to speed up how it runs. This allows the class builder to run faster on poor network connections, but still let you toggle to the detailed view to see all the statistics, conditional formatting and related data as needed
