ADDED ALL NEW ENGAGEMENT LIST VIEW. This is a huge new feature found in list view ‘E’. Contains 40 columns of data from absence, behaviour and academics. There are selectable year and week ranges to update results to any week range in the year. Every column allows you to set a minimum standard and excellence standard and that changes the colour highlighting below. Unsatisfactory, satisfactory and excellence totals are then tallied for each student in columns to the right. Every column has two directional sorting and the report can be saved as a PDF or exported to excel
ADDED ALL NEW ENGAGEMENT SEARCHES. Along with the new Engagement List view, we have added a new engagement search option. The searches any of the 40 columns, or 3 total columns for the selected week range. You can search the current cohort or all current students. You can also overlay multiple searches on top of each other by searching within the current found set only
ADDED ALL NEW SIMPLE LIST VIEW. This new list view shows only the names, gender, year and roll class. Designed to email any list of students to staff without all the other data that might cause confusion. Prints in A4 to fit more students in. The export option will also only export those fields if you prefer to send a list in excel
ADDED ALL NEW STUDENT FILE ATTACHMENTS. You can now upload any file to the student records in TrackEd. The list of files is found in a tab option next to the ‘internal notes’ tab label. You can add files either one at a time or for the whole found set of students in a special list view. If you add a ‘filegroup’ tag and the file is an image or PDF you can then show the files as a second page on the two page print view
ADDED ALL NEW STUDENT SELECTION MODE IN ALL LIST VIEWS. This new feature allows to manually select students on any list view by clicking the row. You can then omit the selected students from the found set or show only the selected students. This is usefully for manually selecting a found set of student to either save a report or apply a tag to the group
ADDED ALL NEW SINGLE STUDENT PDF OPTION FOR PROFILES. The new option allows you to save one PDF per student with a variety of file naming options. In the future, this will allow you to save PDFs of TrackEd Profiles and buy upload them to Q-Parents for delivery
ADDED ALL NEW ADDITIONAL INFO SEARCH. Search panel for AIMS, ICP, CO, OOHC, EAL/D as imported from the student summary
ADDED ALL NEW DOB/AGE FOR PRIMARY. Shows on the profile instead of the academic coach for years P-6. Setting option to choose to display the age or DOB
ADDED New ‘badge’ toggle option under the archive checkbox. When ticked it adds a gold star to the student photo. Can be used for students with leadership positions
ADDED Added tracking timeline for years 7-9
FIXED Revised print settings for all Profile and List view PDF output options. Various scaling and page orientation fixes applied
FIXED Added startup routine to remove any null cohorts from the home screen. An issue affecting only some schools
FIXED Fixed an issue with Tracking Templates shown on the profile. Will now sort correctly for data imported together in batches (ie weekly attendance)
UPDATED The PDF setup options on the profile has been completely updated to show all option on the one panel. This is to facilitate the new options added recently and keep things neat and easy to understand
