FIXED Improved handling of BandScale results on student profiles
IMPORTANT THIS WILL BE THE MINIMUM VERSION REQUIRED FOR UPCOMING IMPROVEMENTS TO UPDATING TRACKED. We have saved into this version some required pieces for a new upgrade method that promises to be easier and much faster. Schools will need to update to this version as a minimum to make use of the new method. Release is scheduled for the Christmas Holidays
