ADDED ALL NEW ‘EXTENSION AND SUPPORT’ FEATURES. This allows up to 60 fields to be configured for your school and tracked for individual students.
ADDED Extension and Support – Added settings to configure labels for up to 60 fields across 4 categories. Even the category labels can be edited. We have preset the lists with default values and recommend customising them for your school before use.
ADDED Extension and Support – Added new template export and import functions to allow easy population of data from teachers using excel. The export will save two templates, an empty one with formatting and a populated one with no formatting, these are to be combined then distributed.

ADDED ‘New student’ import template to easily add a new student with their latest results data. This was modelled on the information available on an S1 form for easy entry of new students to TrackEd
ADDED The student ID on the profile page can now be toggles between QCAA, LUI and USI for year 10-12 students by pressing the ID label
ADDED Tracking data now populated during the FULLOPS import to keep a history of OP estimates over time and allow estimates to be used in benchmark reports. Subject LOAs are also stored for each student, though cannot be benchmarked.
ADDED New ‘multi-cohort’ search to get a found set of multiple cohorts at once.
ADDED New tab option on profile to display tags so that they are printable and to allow more tags to be displayed at one time.
ADDED Learning plan Notes tab option with 3 notes boxes with editable titles
ADDED Coaching Notes import now supports more notes fields such as the new learning plan notes and has a new ‘referral’ field for entering student referrals along with coaching notes. The referral will over write previous referrals on import and there is a new referral search option
ADDED Student NAPLAN Reports now have DET URL links to detailed question level analysis (DET login required).

ADDED NAPLAN question summary – added two new filter options and sub summaries by class ID eng or mat. Results are then sorted by class, and can be filtered to single classes.

ADDED P-6 Results tab with 7 years of data with average effort and behaviour scores
ADDED P-6 Tracking Timeline tab option with 4 configurable tracking template rows and NAPLAN all aligned with the P-6 tab above.
ADDED All new tab options and adjustments added to the 2 page profile to match the one page profile.
UPDATED Removing a row from the SLIMs tab will now hide the row and exclude it from QCE contributions rather than delete it. This means it will be persistent on subsequent imports. A future update will include a report to restore hidden rows.
UPDATED Now when performing a find the current cohort will be pre-selected.
UPDATED The quick search for student names across any cohort, will now ignore cohorts that have left.

UPDATED All tracking template imports now require the year and semester/term to be set to support the new timeline views. This only affects new tracking imports.
UPDATED Removed NAPLAN find options from the 10-12 module to make more room for other common finds. The NAPLAN finds can still be done using the advanced find panel, or by selecting the 7-9 module while looking at a 10-12 cohort.
